JPTIV Guitars exists where the old ways meets futuristic design.
The Baglama Guitar Collection
The Kuraga Guitar

Our entry into the world of Baglama inspired guitars. Modeled after the Cura Baglama, the Kuraga guitar sites at a 21″ scale with a microtonal fret layout from the Makam style.
The Dastan Guitar

The poet, the bard, the storyteller. The Dastan guitar is inspired by the long-neck Baglama and sits at a 28″ scale in the microtonal fret layout from the Makam style
The Ozan Guitar

The keeper of song and tradition. The Ozan guitar clocks in at a 32″ scale, inspired by the Divian Baglama. Because of the larger microtonal fret layout and single to triple string coursing, this guitar can really play in a lot of different ranges.

How To Get A Guitar
JPTIV Guitars are not produced in large quantities, and are not available to order. Yet……………….
We accept a limited number of custom orders each year, selecting musicians who are chill people. This allows every guitar to receive the time, attention, and magic it deserves.

Our Principles
Listen to the rhythm of the three
Everything flows, out and in; everything has it’s tides; all things rise and fall; the measure of the swing to the right is the measure of the swing to the left; rhythm compensates.
Work to control in the swing
Everything is Dual; everything has poles; everything has it’s pair of opposites; like and unlike are the same; opposites are identical; extremes meet; all truths are but half-truths; all paradoxes may be reconciled.
Find your place in the three
There is a harmony, agreement, and correspondence between the different planes of existing.
Dig deep and find your truth
While All is in The All, it is equally true that The All is in the All. To them who truly understands this truth has come to great knowledge.
